One wintery day, we were trying to stay warm and focused so we did some gonoodle"ing" for our brains.
Then we did our normal calendar time. How do you spell January? How many days have we been in school? How do you make 91 cents?
Then we had Chapel time. Mrs. Keller always does a great job getting us to say "GOOD MORNING!!"
Then Mrs. MacAskill came with Bible Memory Awards! Yeah!!!
Some more reading and studying. Mrs. Lehman makes us work HARD! She says it is because she knows we are so smart and capable.
Finally ALL our HARD work paid off! We filled our marble jar and earned a MOVIE DAY!! We were so very excited that we could hardly sing during Chorus time. Except for the song "Let it Go!" that is.
Then the time had FINALLY arrived. Snuggled in our sleeping bags, shoes off, and with the popcorn and snacks waiting, we began our beloved movie.
Fun times in 2nd grade (with Olaf of course)!
